Biography

Zhang Huina, Associate Chief Physician, Department of Ophthalmology, Second Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine. She graduated from Zhejiang University School of Medicine and has been engaged in clinical, teaching, and research work in ophthalmology for many years. She has led one project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and one project funded by the Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation, participated in multiple research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and provincial/ministerial-level programs, and published more than ten papers in SCI-indexed journals. She specializes in ophthalmic plastic surgery, including double-eyelid surgery, lower blepharoplasty for eye bags, excision and reconstruction of orbital and eyelid tumors, correction of eyelid deformities, ptosis, trichiasis, and entropion/ectropion correction, enucleation, orbital implant placement, and customized ocular prosthesis fitting; and ocular minimally invasive cosmetic procedures, including minimally invasive aesthetic plastic procedures such as botulinum toxin injection for blepharospasm and hemifacial spasm.
